Getting Started with Velocity

Welcome to Velocity Labs! This guide will help you set up your account and start using the platform.

Step 1: Complete Onboarding

After signing up, you'll go through a quick onboarding flow where you set up your profile, connect your Twilio account, and choose your subscription plan.

Step 2: Import Your Leads

Go to the CRM page and use the Import feature to upload your existing leads via CSV. The system will automatically map your columns.

Step 3: Start Calling

Head to the Dialer page to begin making calls. You can use Turtle Mode (one call at a time) or Velocity Mode (up to 6 simultaneous calls).

Step 4: Track Your Deals

As you close deals, log them in the Deals Pipeline to track your progress and earn points on the leaderboard.
