Dialer Not Connecting

1. Check your Twilio credentials in Settings

2. Ensure your Twilio account has sufficient balance

3. Verify your browser has microphone permissions

4. Try refreshing the page

SMS Not Sending

1. Confirm the recipient has SMS consent

2. Check your Twilio phone number is SMS-enabled

3. Verify the phone number format (must include country code)

Login Issues

  • After 5 failed attempts, your account will be locked for 15 minutes
  • Use the password reset feature if you've forgotten your password
  • Contact support if your account remains locked
