Setting Up the Auto-Dialer

The Velocity Auto-Dialer is a powerful tool for high-volume outbound calling.

Connecting Twilio

Go to Settings > Twilio Configuration and enter your Account SID, Auth Token, and phone number. You can also use our platform numbers with a Pro or Agency plan.

Dialer Modes

  • *Turtle Mode*: Sequential calling, one number at a time. Great for focused conversations.
  • *Velocity Mode*: Dial up to 6 numbers simultaneously. The first person to answer gets connected while others are dropped.

    • Custom Voicemail

    Upload your custom voicemail greeting in Settings > Audio. This will play when a call goes to voicemail.

    Phone Number Rotation

    To avoid spam flags, the platform automatically rotates your outbound caller ID using round-robin assignment.
