The CRM is your central hub for managing leads through the sales pipeline.

Lead Statuses

Leads flow through the following statuses: New Lead > Contacted > Quoted > Application > Placed > Closed. Leads can also be marked as Lost, Do Not Call, or Callback.

Importing Leads

Use the Import button to upload CSV files. The system will detect columns and let you map them to CRM fields.

Lead Scoring

Each lead gets an AI-powered score from 0-100 based on factors like response rate, recency, source quality, and policy type interest. Higher scores indicate leads more likely to convert.

Quick Actions

From any lead card, you can: Call, Send SMS, Create a Quote, or Submit a Deal.
