Velocity supports SMS messaging for lead follow-up and client communication.

Sending Messages

Go to the Messages page to send and receive SMS. You can text any phone number directly.

Quick Text

Use the Quick Text feature to send messages to any number, even leads not in your CRM. Conversations are automatically merged if the number matches an existing lead.

TCPA Compliance

All SMS messages require proper consent. Use the built-in SMS consent form to collect opt-ins from your leads. The system tracks consent status and blocks messages to numbers without consent.
